You can read the DirectDeals.com privacy policies here.

When will my product ship?

Most orders will ship the same business day if placed before 4:00 pm CST. Orders placed after that cut off time or orders that are drop shipped from our remote warehouses will usually ship the next business day. DirectDeals.com is a discount warehouse and therefore has limited quantities of "discounted" priced items. Orders placed in excess of our in-stock quantities may be placed on Backorder. This will delay the shipping time.

How can I tell if my order has shipped?

You can get tracking information on your order by going to our web site at www.directdeals.com and logging into your account. From that page, you will be able to see the status of your orders, request product returns and view your order history with DirectDeals.com.
